It’s not about trying to do better. It’s about alleviating the tension in our minds and releasing the idea that we should have a mindfulness practice. That we should relax more and take the time to do the things that feed us. Dropping the expectations we place on our future selves is only the beginning of learning to be with our present self.
Mindfulness - when done well and with regularity - simply creates an opening for us to experience curiosity, awareness, and spaciousness. All wrapped up into one little package called practice.

About Kat’s Classes with Adults
Kat’s mindfulness classes are tailored to both groups and individuals.
The focus is on creating internal resources for our daily lives. This allows us to work through personal and professional challenges with accelerated focus and tenderness.
Kat strives to make mindfulness accessible to all and helps individuals to understand that the slightest change in perspective can bring about the biggest changes in our day and in our lives.
It doesn’t have to be much.
